The Advent and Christmas season can bring immense joy, but we know how hard this time of year can be for many – you are invited to a service of music, silence, Scripture, and poetry to worship and fellowship with others who find this time of year a mixed blessing.

Meet at Northfield UMC with a plate of cookies – we will assemble cookie plates for those whose houses we will be visiting and singing for.  Bring your voice and cookies and joyful spirit!

We will meet at church either in the gym or the Fellowship Hall, just look for the large group of people gathering.

This event is for Parfait members. To join the Parfait group, talk to Kathy Hupf.

Our congregation is in discernment about welcoming a sex offender into worship and maintaining congregational safety. As part of our discernment around this discipleship question we had a circle process conversation in early October. It was so energizing that we felt a second one would be a wonderful opportunity. There is no cost associated with this event.

All are invited to participate.

This Sunday we remember those saints who have passed in the last year. Come grateful for those who have touched your life and be strengthened by their memory to be a continued blessing to others.
