Spiritually
• Pray regularly
• Read the scriptures
• Remember your baptism daily
• Find time for meditation and reflection
• Enjoy God’s creation
• Share your faith with others
• Use your God-given gifts
• Develop a servant mind-set
Physically
• Exercise, walk, stretch, play
• Eat vegetables, fruits, and fiber
• Eat food low in saturated fat, salt, and sugar
• Refrain from drug use
• Don’t smoke or use tobacco products
• Be sexually responsible
• Visit your doctor and dentist regularly
• Learn CPR
Emotionally
• Laugh, love life
• Share your joys, sorrows, highs, and lows
