Attention all Math, Pie, and Youth Ministry enthusiasts!!
This year marks a very special, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity! On March 14, 2015, the date notation works out to: 3/14/15, or if I may: 3.1415, roughly equivalent to the mathematical constant, pi! Yay!
The Senior High Fellowship will be observing this momentous event with a special fundraiser – we will spend the day baking pies, which we will then sell by the slice and whole after both worship services on Sunday, March 15th.
All proceeds will go toward individual youth fundraising accounts to reduce the out-of-pocket costs for summer trips and camps!
We are also asking for additional congregational support through the donation of your own delicious homemade pies, which you can contribute (or trade!) at the pie sale on the 15th. Happy Pi Day!
