The Costa Ricans are Coming!

Well, not quite, but now that we have your attention, let it be known that a reunion of the Volunteer in Mission team that attended Costa Rica Jan. 21-Feb. 4 will be gathering at this church on Sunday, March 22, and you're invited!

You will know them by their T-shirts, and this includes 10 persons from this church: Richard & Katherine Collman, Jim & Janet Dale, Marilynn & Jim Gryc, Dorothy Orde, Bill & Merrell Thornton, and Catherine Williams, plus alums Carl Caskey and others from a distance. (the total team numbered 30)

At 10:45 a.m. worship on March 22, team members will present their work and reports along with music and inspiration for all. A DVD in the sanctuary will be show after, a Strong Missions promotional video, and a potluck for all will follow. There is a rumor of "beans and rice" to be served also (a staple down south).

You are invited - because the church is always in mission and because this church has been generous in its support of this mission team and the Methodist Churches in Costa Rica over the years. A permanent mission site is in the works because of your generosity. Come and see...
