The MICAH Team has been working to support a struggling family in the Bethlehem area for the past 10 years. This B.O.B. fundraiser usually provides about ½ of the needed annual sponsorship of $650.00. We are grateful.

Shepherd Society

Sponsorships of families in the Bethlehem area is a project of The Shepherd Society of Bethlehem, Palestine.

The Shepherd Society was established in Bethlehem in June 1996 when several Palestinian pastors and Christian leaders felt called to extend Christ’s love in a practical way to those in need within their community. As the charitable arm of Bethlehem Bible College, it is one of the avenues through which we respond to the Gospel’s call to love our neighbor and care for the poor.

A Prayer for Palestine/Israel

For settled peoples in fear of expulsion, we pray.

For opinionated peoples in fear of the truth, we pray.

For stubborn peoples in fear of change, we pray.

For Jews and Druze, Shia and Sunni, Copt and Orthodox, Armenian and Kurd, and For all who live in the Holy Lands of sacred scriptures, we pray.
