ISAIAH

Some of us recently had the opportunity to hear Rev. Alan Storey, Methodist minister from South Africa. He is a powerful speaker and presenter. His message is clear and bold - God has no favorites.

As Christians we are to do as Jesus did - i.e commit ourselves in a transformational way to the outcasts, marginalized poor among
us. Not just when it is convenient or when we feel like it.

The work of ISAIAH affirms this by calling us to action. The have created Public Discipleship Formation for Such a Time as This.
A Summer & Fall Faith Journey for Your Church.

What if faith wasn’t meant to stay private?
Many of us are searching for something more.
More purpose.
More impact.
More connection
More ways to live out our faith in a world that feels heavy, divided, and uncertain.
Some of us feel it deeply right now - a quiet urgency, or even a loud one - that this moment is asking something of us as Christians.
What does it mean to truly follow Jesus… today?

These are the questions we are taking to our respective congregations. What is ours to do ? How can we become actively engaged?
In June, there will be 2 training sessions (Zoom) for leaders. I am looking for members to join me. The dates are June 9 and 11.
Please let me know if you would like to live out your faith in this way.
